The Great Lakes Method Level 1 Kettlebell Fundamentals Workshop is a comprehensive 2-day, 16-hour hands-on educational experience designed to teach the principles of safe, efficient, and effective kettlebell training.
Whether you're completely new to kettlebells, an experienced lifter looking to refine your technique, or a coach wanting to improve your understanding of movement, this workshop provides the foundation needed to train with confidence and purpose.
Rather than simply teaching exercises, you'll learn why they work, how to move more efficiently, and how to build strength that carries over into sport, work, and everyday life.

Every participant receives the complete 16-hour educational workshop.
For those who wish to demonstrate their competency, an optional Great Lakes Method Level 1 Certification is available at the conclusion of the course.
To earn certification, participants must successfully complete:
- Technical movement assessment
- Practical skills evaluation
- Great Lakes Method Level 1 physical standards
Certification is designed to recognize individuals who meet the established technical and physical standards of the Great Lakes Method.
Passing the certification is completely optional.
You do not need to achieve certification to benefit from the workshop. Many participants attend solely to improve their movement, training, and coaching skills.
