Your session. Your goals.

Use your session to learn kettlebell, club or mace movements, refine skills you already practise, work through questions in your own program, or prepare for training with a program and video feedback. We agree on the focus and arrange session times together.

What you receive

• One hour of individual online coaching with Colin
• Live observation, movement cues and technique feedback
• Session notes and clear points to practise after your session
• Guidance shaped around your goals, experience and available tools

After you purchase

Complete the coaching intake using the same email as your order. Include your order number in your training goals. Colin will review your starting point and arrange your Google Meet session with you. Session times are agreed together; checkout does not reserve a specific appointment.

You will need an internet connection, a camera, room to move and the tools you want help with. Equipment is purchased separately.

The goal is interdependence: developing the knowledge and confidence to train on your own, while knowing when to ask for feedback and learn alongside others. Strength has a greater purpose when you can put it to work in your life.

This purchase covers one private session. A separate training program, private Facebook group access and longer-term coaching are arranged separately. There is no ongoing coaching subscription included in this purchase.
