Steel clubs

Circular movement + control

Circles and mills let you practise moving through multiple planes. The offset load challenges your grip and control as you guide the club through a comfortable shoulder range.

Steel maces

Leverage + rotational control

A long handle puts the load away from your hands. Learn to guide it through arcs, create or resist rotation, and coordinate your grip, shoulders and trunk as the load changes position.

Move in three dimensions

Forward. Sideways. Around.

Clubs and maces let us explore circular and diagonal patterns, changing direction and controlling rotation. The exercise determines the movement; Colin teaches the pattern and range that fit your starting point.

Mobility with purpose

Build strength in the range you can control.

Mobility is part of the practice. Squats, get-ups and controlled circular work let you practise usable range under a manageable load. Resistance training can improve range of motion; the right exercise, range and progression matter.

Minimum effective dose

Make your training time count.

A few well-chosen movements. Enough purposeful work to make progress. A routine you can repeat. Colin builds the dose around your goals, experience, schedule and recovery, then adjusts it as you improve.

Focused sessions. Clear progression. Coaching that helps you use your time well.

Plan my training with Colin

Your training dose is individual. Short sessions can be productive; more ambitious goals may need more work.
